Where are you located?
My studio is located in the Arts District of Los Angeles (south of DTLA).
Are you insured?
Yes, I maintain full professional photography insurance through PPA (Professional Photographers of America) to ensure your session is protected and you can book confidently.
Do you travel?
Yes. Depending on your location this might incur additional costs, but I've done sessions all over LA County, the Bay Area, and internationally.
Are you LGBTQ+ inclusive?
I'm gay. That's a major yes.
How long are the sessions?
On average, my sessions tend to be about an hour, but for more extensive commercial shoots or several wardrobe looks, these sessions can be longer. Of course, a lot quicker as well for clients pressed on time.
How is a typical session?
I'm all about comfort, connection, and collaboration. In my professional studio, we'll be playing music, brainstorming ideas and poses together, and having profound conversations about the meaning of life. The controlled studio environment allows us to focus entirely on creating your perfect images - from lighting adjustments to trying different poses and expressions. Throughout the shoot, you get to highlight some of your favorite images, and we can adjust the setup in real-time based on your preferences.
How many edited images will I receive?
This depends. Typically in a one-hour shoot, I've noticed my clients end up picking about five or six edited images, but you will have access to a large gallery of images to do your selects.
What is your turnaround time?
After the session, the initial culled gallery of non-edited images will be sent to you for your selects in less than 48 hours.
Do you photograph nudes?
No.
Are you dog friendly?
I have two small (and friendly) dogs in our loft. If you are allergic or uncomfortable with dogs, please send me a message so I can accommodate appropriately.
Studio Amenities?
Your comfort is a priority in my professional studio. The space is equipped with AC for year-round temperature control and multiple medical-grade air purifiers that run continuously, ensuring excellent air quality regardless of outdoor conditions. This controlled environment allows us to create beautiful portraits while you stay comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.
Do you have makeup facilities?
While I don't have a dedicated makeup station, I encourage clients to bring their own makeup for touch-ups. The studio has great natural-looking lighting and plenty of mirror space where you can comfortably check and adjust your makeup throughout the session. For professional makeup services, I can recommend several trusted makeup artists who can come to the studio before your shoot (additional fees apply).
